Over 22 years in the corporate sector worked with various multinational clients like Unilever, Nestle , Motorola, SmithKline Beecham, Heinz, Kelloggs, Bank of America and many others.

Sunandan is a graduate of St Stephens College and Post Graduate from Faculty of Management Studies, Universuty of Delhi.

Nikhil Nehru

Earlier he was President of McCann Erickson World Group. During his tenure , the company rose from rank 24 to 5 in the industry. Responsible for the entire Indian operations including Nepal, plus the PR, Media, Healthcare and Direct Marketing divisions.
Nikhil began his career at J. Walter Thompson (London & India) rising to Executive Vice–President. Nikhil was responsible for setting up –Thompson Social (responsible for social and developmental communications) and Design C (a specialist service for exhibitions).
At PubliGraphics (U.A.E.) on the Board of Directors, where his responsibilities were the Oman, Bahrain and U.A.E. operations and the diversification units  of the organisation such as Public Relations and Direct Marketing.

Currently, Nikhil runs his own Marketing and Communications consultancy: Ontrack Corporate Services Pvt. Ltd. He is engaged with Indian, MNC and Government of India projects. His current additional roles include:
- Member of the Advisory Panel of EMPI (a business school in New Delhi);
- Member, Governing Council of Plan International - India Chapter (an NGO for “street children”)
- Independent Director on the board of Aviva Life Insurance Company
- Chairman of Results International (an international M&A company in the communications arena)

India. Compaq sustained its market leadership in premium PCs for
the 5 years of his tenure and beyond.
Professional management experience of 32 years in Petrochemicals, Consumer durables and non-durables, computer hardware and software services, 11 of which has been as CEO.
He took over the management of a niche software start-up Magnasoft as CEO in February, 2002 and turned the business around with services re-structuring, team building, strategic Alliances and customer acquisition.
He has a Degree in Mechanical Engineering from I.I.T.Kharagpur and an MBA from I.I.M.Bangalore

He brings to Right Talent the experience of recruiting and building leadership management teams and an understanding of a wide range of industries where he has been a part of the Senior Management Team.
